- Template Boards & Custom Contacts: Kickstart your projects with ease using our newly introduced templates for boards. Plus, manage your client and custom contacts more efficiently than ever.
- Vivid Images for Board Tiles: Bring your boards to life with images for board tiles, adding a visual layer to your project management.
- Direct Guest Passes & Improved Contact Creation: Enhance collaboration by creating a contact and sending out guest passes to a board directly from the board’s design view.
- Streamlined Organization Signup: We’ve made it easier for organizations to onboard with us, including the option to purchase multiple licenses upon signup.
- Colour Templating for Columns: Customize your Kanban boards with colour templating, allowing you to apply the same custom colour set for one column across other columns on the same or different boards.
- Effortless Cloning of Cards: Duplicate your cards in no time, making it simpler to create multiple versions of the same card and saving you time.
- Linking Cards Together: Foster better connectivity and context between tasks by linking cards together.
- Intelligent Due Date Functionality: Our improved intelligence for due date functionality now includes setting reminders for upcoming dues and selecting the frequency of those reminders.
Minor Enhancements & User Experience Improvements
But that’s not all. We’ve also rolled out several minor enhancements and UX improvements to make your b4igo experience as smooth and intuitive as possible:
- Board Status Updates: Easily set the status of a board directly from the board tile.
- Kanban Column Colours Inside Cards: The colour of a Kanban column is now displayed inside a card, adding an extra layer of organization.
- Custom Organization Logos: Organizations can now upload their logo, personalizing their b4igo experience.
- Collapsible Side Menu & Design Layouts: Navigate b4igo with ease thanks to our collapsible side menu and further improvements to card and board design layouts.
Exciting Upcoming New Functionality
As we continue to enhance b4igo, we are also looking forward to our upcoming new functionalities that will take your experience to the next level:
- Comprehensive Search Across the Platform: Soon, you’ll be able to search across cards, documents, boards, templates, and contacts, making it easier to find exactly what you need, when you need it.
- Group Columns and Boards: Introducing the ability to group columns together under a colour and column group name, plus functionality that will allow for boards to be grouped together for multiple projects with a common goal.
- Custom and Derived Fields: Unlock the power of customization with the ability to create your own custom fields for use in cards, allowing you to choose, mix, and match to build your own card templates. Plus, create derived custom fields based on other card fields.
- Share Your Creativity: We’re enhancing template sharing, enabling you to not only create your card and board templates but also share them with others in your organization and across the b4igo community.
